This entails dealing with tens and sometimes hundreds of estate agents through whom we are able to find off-market properties and give you the first-mover advantage over other buyers. NEGOTIATIONNegotiating Terms for YouOnce the ideal property has been found we undertake detailed price comparison research using Land Registry data and on-market comparables to establish what we believe to be fair market value. We will then agree on a negotiation strategy with you and work to secure the most favourable terms with the selling agent.
