TAF NIGERIA HOMES LIMITED has entered into a partnership with THE GOVERNMENT OF RIVERS STATE OF NIGERIA, to develop mass housing for middle to high income earner in the State. The Government has provided 39.82 hectares of land for the project at Peter Odili Road (Golf Estate), Trans Amadi, Port Harcourt, Rivers State,Nigeria. The project will consist of the development, building and management of middle high income housing communities as well as the development and delivery of infrastructures such as shopping centres, sports centre, recreation centre, 9 hole golf course, central water sewage and power supply.
